Refund of cour time fee

We had filed suit for recovery of rs13lac.Suit is in initial stage.we paidrs 35000as court fee on the suit. now we have compromised and suit is being withdrawn. Can refund of court fee can be claimed or not

yes. you can claim the refund of court fee. If you report settlement out of court, then half of the court fee will be refunded. If you refer the matter to lok adalat and settle the case, then you will get full refund of court fees.
