Reg Divorce

my wife is either not ready for divorce or for living together. she is working.
I am unable to make her a decision. she is not ready to take any decision and wnats to live like this. i am mentally disturbed as i am unable to live alone.
please give me some suggestion.
Can i marray some one with out any evidence?.
or
can i live togther with some one?.

expecting answers. please answer to my question.

You didn't mention the date of marriage. If it not very old, try to meet her and find an amicable solution. Don't take any step in emotions. You can not marry with another without divorce from earlier.

Your thinking is not radical. You need to analyse the causes for such a situation and try to set it right. Try to solve the problem first personally yourself and if it does not work then take the help of well wishers.

Still if you fail, then you may think of divorce. But that should be the last resort.

Legally, you cannot marry again without dissolving the first marriage, whether with or without any evidence. You can live with some but that would be like inviting great problems and difficulties which would worsen your life.

i have been married for the last 7 years. most of the years we are living seperatley. My realtives and friends talked to her. she keeps on blaming me. she is not ready to take any decision for some reason. She balmes i am mentally not good. she tells this every one. She is trying to defend her instead of solving our problem. Most of the people say she is having illeagl relatonship and thats whys she is not ready to live with me. I also belive this might be true from the way of her behavior.I am suffering more and more because of this.She made me an emotional mad.
now please tell me how to solve my problem.

can i ask some private agency to findout her activities. will that help me(if she has illeagal realtionship) to get divorced ?

pz give me a solution.
I am struggling for the last five years with out proper guidance and help. my life is like hell. i am trying to come out of this problem.

file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

It is advisable to have a meeting of elders of both the families to thrash out the issue. Probably she may listen to elders. If not, she will not listen to anyone.

You may then decide your course of action. Filing petition for restitution of conjugal rights may not be proper in the light of events narrated by you.

In the worst event, go for divorce.
