Respected Sir,
On 11th June 2013, AP Medical Practitioners Registration Act 2013 (A Bill amending the Andhra Pradesh Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1968 was passed in the Legislative Assembly ) was introduced in then Andhra Pradesh to implement 1 Year bonded rural service for MBBS, Postgraduates and superspecialist doctors by the State government.
Medical graduates will be eligible for registration and practice only after putting in a year’s rural medical service.
In this regard, as the state is now bifurcated into Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh, what are the various methods or modes for cancellation of the act ?
Please Advice
Yours Sincerely,
Dr S Suraj

you can challenge this Act in High Court if you can prove that this violates Fundamental Rights and does not seek to promote any of the Directive Principles or against being any International Treaty.

State Assembly is the fastest to give required results. Try to gather political support for the cause.

It is better to wait for the new born baby to grow a little and then see what changes are taking place.
