Dear All,
Please help,
Can any one give direction in the light of act or any court order for form a governing body for education society.
1. How many member should be minimum and
maxinum
2. Who be the members.
3. Can teachers also be the member of
society.
Please provide with reference.
Because the details are not available in Society registration act. so what should we follow.

It seems you have not read the Societies Registration Act properly, however the reply to your queries are as follows:
1. How many member should be minimum and
maxinum
Ans. S.1.of the Societies Registration Act clearly that, Societies formed by memorandum of association and registration.-any seven or more persons associated for any literary, scientific, or charitable purpose, or for any such purpose as is described in section 20 of this Act, may, by subscribing their names to a memorandum of association, and filing the same with Registrar of Joint-stock Companies from themselves into a society under this Act. The Act states that minimum number of members are 7 and there is no upper limit.
2. Who be the members.
Ans.S.15. Member defined.-For the purposes of this Act a member of a society shall be a person who, having been admitted therein according to the rules and regulations thereof, shall have paid a subscription, or shall have signed the roll or list of members thereof, and shall not have resigned in accordance with such rules and regulations;
3. Can teachers also be the member of
society.
Ans. There is no bar for teachers to be members, however, to hold a post in the society, service rules have to be considered in case of Government employees.

I endorse the views of Vishal. You can form an educational cooperative society and register with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
