Regarding forensic report on a agreement

Dear sir/madam,
my grand mother is uneducated and my mother also. Some body created the fraud agreement with the help of grand mother son's original sign who is chain drinker and they made fraud thumb impression of my mother and grand mother for her property which is bought by her own money. With that they got exparte in court but the truth is our side no one got the notice. They got sign for delivery of property from her son only on jan 2006. After That only they came to know all. They tried to proceed the case but our uneducated and poverty situation they didn't. But now the situation changes. We think to get authorised forensic report in agreement first and them file the case. We have only the xerox copy of agreement which is got from court. Is this possible? Any attest need for this ? Anything else important? Kindly Guide us.

As the case has become final many years ago so chances to challenge that order/judgment on the basis of forensic report etc. is very bleak but try if possible.
