Regarding gov job

3 years ago It was friday evening, I was drunk and simply walking towards my hostel. I don't know what was my fault. police man just grab me and put me inside the jeep.i asked police man my fault he said tum nashe m the and took me to the police sation where the did formalities regarding name,F.name and Address.later they took me to hospital for medical.. which was only a formality because in reality no medical was done. keval dikhawa tha ki medical k liy lae h.. Again they took me to police station where I called my seniors mujh hostel le jane k liy, before going to hostel policeman said go to local court on monday (saturday sunday off tha) waha abc nam ka koi milega and pay fine at XYZ room no. I went on my own waha us aadmi k pas gya usne stamp kharidne ko kaha fine k alwa kuch upar k rupay liy or kaha aap jaoo ap ka kam ho jaega. now I have doubt regarding government job. Is this create problem in getting government job??
( i was not taken to court by police. i went on my own)
unhone mujh p kya charge lagaya mujh nhi pata.

meet local lawyer..unless one sees the papers it is difficult to advise.

as per to me there will be no charge on you , they just make you fool to grab the money , if a person enhail huge alchol and visit and shout on the public place or annoyance any person for that police registered the case u/s 510 ipc and the fine imposed on the offender by the court is of very very less amount , generally 99.99% police not registered such cases ,police caught the drunked and keep him with their custody till he behave normal and leave him after giving warning , for your satisfaction contact to a lawyer and show him all the relevant papers of your case and take his advise .

i don't have any paper regarding that.
unhone koi paper nhi dia mujh.
i was neither shouting nor misbehaving.
lets assume they have imposed case u/s 510 ipc on me, will this create problem in getting government job??

Appoint an Advocate.
He will contact Police and let you the status of case.
After knowing the gravity of the case only, one can tell whether it would affect you future government appointment or not.
