Purely an academic query.

Seems academic query and vague.

Academic query.

State material facts of the problem if any.

How are you concerned / related with the query?

Looks like examination question.

Are they all Hindu?

Is the property self acquired or ancestral?
Is it say: agricultural land?

The property is in which state?

What is date/month/year of death of deceased Male owner of property?

Confirm!
Kumar Doab (Expert) 07 April 2017
If Hindu Male deceases without disposing his estate in his life time and without leaving a valid WILL, then:

His ClassI legal Heirs i.e; Mother (if alive on date of death), Wife (if alive on date of death), sons, daughters have equal share.

A really funny question, if asked "Are they all Hindu," as if Mr. Doab considers that different members of a single family belong to different religions/sects, i.e., Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, etc.!
Kumar Doab (Expert) 08 April 2017
How dare @PSD post his last post?

How dare it ask: who will post what?

How dare it litter his idiopathic and jockering post in this thread also?

Mr. Doab,

When you don't know anything about law, why do you pose as an expert. Your funny and idiotic questions, as a fake expert dare me expose you.

However, if you believe that all the members of a single family belong to different religions, you may post your advice frankly. All the other experts would be happy top learn a new thing from you.

By the way, why and from whom you are afraid in posting your real identity with real name and photo in your profile at LCI?
