I belongs to ST category, I am planning to purchase granted land of SC/ST person.which he got over 30 years ago.is there any problem for purchasing

the person who got the patta of a SC/ST land, he can sell it by getting NOC from the Revenue authorities after lapse 10 years or above. the period of gap is vary from state to state. so consult in local tahsil office.

No problem but please remember that you are purchasing only the tenancy right but not ownership right.
