My land in maharshtra was acquired by national highway authority in 2013 area of my land acquired was 35 gunthe while 55 gunthe land of my neighbour was acquired but in punchnama all 90 gunthe was deducted from my 7.12 extract the compensation received we had divided the same by mutual understanding. Now I want to transfer the 55 gunthe to neighbours 7/12 I was told to file RTS appeal for the same could you please help to explain what is RTS appeal.
