Regarding sc caste certificate

sir,
I am currently studying in m.sc and lives in jharkhand. I have done my education on the basis of SC caste certificate ( offline hand written ).The certificate was made in 2010. Now I was trying to make the online certificate but I was asked to bring the signature of the head of company
where my father works or to produce khatiyaan. He refused to sign and i have no khatiyaan. It seems certificate will not be made. My father has certificate made from same office where i am applying (before jharkhand seperated from bihar). By producing his certicate they are not making mine.
I have heard that at the time of job there is a need of different caste certificate.
I have land ( khatiyaan also ) in bihar where my ancestors lived. i can obtain the caste certificate from there easily. Now what should i do?? at the time of job can i produce the certificate made from bihar or what should i do. Please give me some suggestions.

Is your father employed in a Government organisation?

U can obtain the certificate from the tehsil or mandal or block development office in UR village.That would be easier.

Yes sir my father is employed in government organisation.
They have asked my father to bring the official copy of the service book where caste is mentioned. But there only SC category is written not my caste.

Sir,
I have completed my whole education on basis of caste certificate made from jharkhand. Is it possible to produce the caste certificate made from bihar at the time of job.
If this will be possible it would be easier for me.

From where sir?? Jharkhand or bihar . in jharkhand they are not making ( my whole education is done on basis of caste certificate made from jharkhand). And from bihar it is possible to make.

Since you live in Jharkhand and also studied in Jharkhand, you can apply to the Revenue officials of the area concerned in Jharkhand State for obtaining a caste certificate.

Mr.Mahendra,
U are studying MSc and U want definition of revenue officials. Right from an attender in a tehsil office to the District Collector are known as revenue officials.
