Regarding service tax

good afternoon to all of you. my client is givivng services of repairs and maintainace of acuaguard on behalf of company under frenchisee and getting commission. so tell me who will have to pay service tax?

Company liable to pay service tax

I think service tax is a system to collect from client and paid to Department. Hence who has to maintain records (i.e., maintain complaint either company or authorised servicing center), they have to pay the Tax.

You are only a franchisee of the company, hence company is liable to pay service tax as said by vinod kumar.
