Regarding the orth commissioner appointment

Dear sir,
Recently, I have completed my LL.B, and I want to apply for orth Commissioner, can u sugest me , where I can apply and when i will apply and what is the procedure for apply as a orth Commissioner.

First get enroll yourself in the Bar Council of your State and when you get license for practice as an advocate then enroll yourself at bar association where you want to practice. Now time to time the court invites application for appointment of oath commissioners, you may apply the same. Generally the newly advocates are appointed oath commissioner.
