Regarding trust litigation

Hello,

We had formed an educational trust long back. Some of trust members were passed aways years back and we did not updated the same to concerned govt authorities. In such case what are the penelaties from Govt.
If we make a new trust than is it solves the problem?

If not updated, you may do so now. There is no much penalty in such matters. Unless the previous trust is dissolved, no new trust can be formed for the same properties.
