Respected Sirs,
I am M.Malaisamy, Advocate belong to Sathyamangalam, Erode District, Tamil Nadu.
I request you to clarrify the following.
For registering a document the first person to sign in that document is the "Executant", the second person is the "Claimant" and third is "Witness".
Other than this one person will introduce the executor called "Introducer"
Under what provision the term "Introducer" is made compulsory?
If that document becomes a forged one then what is the liabilities of the above said persons.
Whether the "Introducer" has to get in to the box?
Now I want to know
what is the difference between "Witnesses" and "Introducer"
Is there any change in the liability?
Kindly advice me in this regard.
Thanking you
Yours sincerely
M.Malaisamy

Witness to a document means a person in the presence of whom any action/act had taken place means the agreement/contract/rectal of the document was held/executed but
An introducer means a person who introduces the executant of the document to the another party of the document and another party on the basis of the introduction believes the first party (introduced by introducer) as true, genuine, same as written in the document.
Now question os liability. A witness is not concerned with the authenticity of the persons executing the document whereas the introducer is not concerned with the contents of the documents but he is confined only with the introduction of the person introduced by him. Thus liability qua the person introduced by the introducer solely lies with the introducer

Respected Sirs,
Thanking you for your clarrification.
Again I am requesting you to solve my problem.
Now the "Introducer" is my client.
My client introduced the "Executant" of a "Power of Attorney".
Now the Executant denies the exectuion of that registered document.
The signature expert has opined that the signature in question is differ from the signature of the executant.
Now I want to save my client.
Give me relevant authorities to save my client.
