Dear sir,
I want to start a professional educational institute in Kerala, what are the registrations & certification is required to commence such Professional Educational Institute? We have already obtained license from the municipality. We intend to issue valid certificate in the name of institute, how it is possible in a legal environment? Moreover, let me know, the laws regulating or statutory compliance to run such Professional Educational Institute in Kerala?
