If ATM of Banks delevers forgery of false currency, can that bank or manager of that perticular area be punished. Because they deposit the currency and check the currency No.

It is the duty of the bank to check for counterfeit notes, the Manager as the head of a particular branch can be charged with circulation of counterfeit notes. However, in such cases it is difficult to prove that the amount withdrawn from the ATM is counterfeit unless it is detected on the spot or there are such notes still existent in the ATM machine.

i agree with Vishal ji,
in some cases few banks have specialised cells to feed money into ATMs and for this purpose they take help of pvt. security agency.
bank manager may not be responsible for feeding counterfeit notes into the machine.
now as per latest rules, u can carry 5 counterfeit notes :-)

Sir,
All of your suggestions are very good,
but i still have little confusion, which is that at the time of deposit the currency in ATM, the cashier or other resposible person takes note the serial no. of whole currency, can this thing be proved that the particular currency is drawan by their ATM, and ofcourse we have the slip of that transction, which can prove that the currency of particular no. is drawn on specific date.
Thanksriven
