T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 13 November 2014
If the deed is made on some condition and the same has been violated, the registered relinquishment deed may be cancelled at the instance of the executor. If there are no conditions attached to it, then it will become difficult to cancel it legally.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 13 November 2014
Is there any condition included in that relinquishment deed?

It is difficult to cancel the relinquishment deed. However for any scope consult local lawyer and show him all the documents.
