Please tell me that if a landlord is having a alternative property in which he can run his business effectively can made its tenant to evacuate from this property in which the tenant is getting his livelihood only on the basis that landlord want to run his business form that place which is not in his bonafide interest?

The landlord is best judge of his requirement, yet it should be bonafide. If alternative suitable premises are available to the landlord, he would fail to eject a tenant on this ground.
