It will be easier to take divorce from court exparte. and also find new husband who will treat you with respect You can file DV case and 10 other cases, but you dont have money to pay rent, will you be able to run to court for next 20 years, hire 10 advocates and still keep claiming alimony rent which you will never get from a husband who ran away !

Just forget entire episode as bad dream, Take divorce even if it is exparte and remarry. Marriage is done to be happy not to roam to court police station. Remember this advice entire life.

Yes, you can file DV case from your parental hometown but can not claim/have rent for payment of Delhi flat.
However, you can have "shared household" where ever your husband resides or rent in lieu thereof.
Consult a local lawyer for proper analyses of facts, guidance and proceeding, however, I disagree with the opinion and advise of experts Mr. Ramoji Kumar and/or Ms. Kamakshi.

From your query IT can be guessed that you are still on talking terms.
If workable and possible crease all differences with your spouse and enjoy blissful married life that is the purpose of marriage.
If NOT for both spouse and families then try to end the wedlock on amicably settled terms suitable to both by MCD.

Maintainance lene ke liye or isise bachne ke liye dono spouses bahut kuch karte hain.
Faisla court ka marits ke aadhar par hoga.
