Sir

Please advise the Word LESSEE & LESSOR word where we can use. and in normal rental agreements what type of words we can use to identify the both party.(i.e in Rental agreement as well Lease agreement first party & second Party identification)

Difference between Lease & Rental agreements.

Lessor is the owner and Lessee is the tenant. There is no difference between lease and rental agreements. The difference will be when you give a licence and not a lease. In a lease the legal possession is given to the tenant whereas in a licence the legal possession rests with the landlord himself and the licensee gets only a permission to use.
