Reply to notice

Private employee was removed terminated without any query or advance notice. When employee sends demand notice under section 2A to emplyer to reinstate with full back wages and also pay his salary. Now employer sends legal notice levelling false allegations that he shall file criminal complaint. My query is that is is necessary to reply to legal notice.

The application is given through labor commissioner hence you can deal the issue through labor forum and in the meantime you may give a reply notice denying their allegations through your lawyer

You should reply notice and deny false allegations levelled on you else it will effects on your claim.

Yes. You shall reply to the notice and take the issue to the Labor Commissioner with the help of an engaged lawyer.
