REPRESENTING THE CONTINUATION OF A COURSE

(Querist) 21 April 2009 This query is : Resolved
Kindly advise me how to represent the qualification in the bio data in the following circumstances.

When I am persuing the final CA Exam as ACA(FINAL)or ICWAI (FINAL)or ACS (Final). Pl. note I am writing in Bracket. Am I misrepresenting my qualification. If so how to mention my present status in the bio data.

Alternatively easiest route is just mention ACA-Inter or AICWAI- Inter. Also mentione separately as "Persuing Final".

Kindly tell me how to represent.

Regards

UMA

"Persuing Final" is the right way of representing, mere pursuance of any course does not allow you to use words as ACA, ACS etc.....since thwsw courses are governed by their respective acts,oding such abbrevations is impersonation and cheating

The words 'ACA & AICWA' represents 'Associated Membership' to the professional bodies of Chartered Accountants and Cost Accountants, hence, one can display these qualifications after becoming members to such bodies; U can quote the completed qualifications, ie., CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) AND can also quote that you are pursuing CA (Final).. in your biodata;
