Request for: Bombay HC Writ (226/227) Format, sample, draft and the procedure to file the same
A model format for Bomay high Court please civit-writ(appellate side) vide Art. 226/227
Husband wants to file against int maint order passed in wife's favour.
Subject: It has become urgently necessary to challenge the Int. Maint Order passed by family court u/s 24 of HMA.
Wife concealed her income (which is almost double than the same of husband)
But FC Judge deliberately did not consider the material available on record.
