On the basis of family settlement in respect to Undivided immovable propety
Can the individual legal share holders declare their share as their residential address If so under which act ?

I think that the right to shelter is a fundamental right under the Indian Constitution. So the share holder declare his share as a residential address.

Once you acquire your lawful share in the undivided property through a family settlement, you become an absolute owner of that property, and that becomes your identity, therefore there is nothing wrong in you declaring that as your residential address if you decide and are staying in that address.
