Dear All,
Warm Greetings!
Our charitable institution desires to have a resource development and fundraising consultant in order to increase fundraising for charity work. We seek your kind guidance for the following queries.
1.Can we have MOU (memorandum of Understanding) on our letter head signed by both the parties or is it good to have an agreement between the consultant and the institution on a judicial stamp paper?
2.For consultant agreement, how much stamp duty to be purchased (Rs.20/50/100/200)
3.Who should be first party and second party in the agreement.
Appreciate your valuable suggestions

Better to have well drafted agreement executed.
Stamp differ from state to state, discuss / consult local registrar office / local lawyer.
