Revocation of irrevocable power of attorney

Dear Friends,

An Irrevocable Power of Attorney (POA)has be executed by A in favor of B to manage his landed property including the power to file the suit in the City Civil Court.

Now A proposes to revoke the POA given to B.

Can the Irrevocable POA be revoked?

If yes, what is the procedure.

POA can be revoked. First A cancel the POA in concern Registered Office and inform him through registered letter and local newspaper A should inform to public that the above POA IS GIVEN TO B IS CANCELLED . A should publish in local news paper

Until and unless the due notice is not issued to B such action cannot be initiated. After serving proper notice, such cancellation can be made and it should be duly advertised.
