Ankur! The law amended in year 2005 is applicable prospectively and not retrospectively so no benefit can be given to the daughter in the given matter and she is just entitled to share a very meagre share of maintenance in the property.
You have not mentioned how much are the legal heirs of her parents without which exact share of her cannot be computed but one thing is sure she is not entitled for equal share with her brothers.

The sons and daughters of your grandfather are not relevant in the given quarry rather your brothers and sisters are required to be told.
