Every Indian has right to live, but no one has right to death. Why ?
If right to death be allowed, then will it violate any provision of Indian constitution ?

Interesting query. However there are penal provisions even for attempt to suicide, hence it is construed that no Fundamental Rights are available as Right to Death. Common youngman, don't waste your precious energies probing into such needless aspects. Life is Precious and God has given you life to enjoy the beauty of this world.

Both birth and death are governed not by human beings and laws but by the Almighty. Right to live alone is taken care of by governments as a measure of welfare governence. No human being can claim a right to die since birth is not at his request. When birth is not his right, how can he claim right of death.?

You are not prevented from taking birth, you are not allowed to live in this world and you are prohibited from self inflicted death.
