Dear sir,
I want get back my C.A.Final exam answer papers copy which had written almost 3 years back. At that time I have made application for recounting of marks. As a result on a whole 1 mark was changed. They send me back a Cheque for worth Rs.400 which i had paid for revaulation. And they also sent me back revised marks list. And they want me to send back the old marks list back. But I did n`t encashed DD or sent back the old marks list. Is it possible to get copy answer papers copy through RTI act now ?

Yes. It is possible to get a copy of the answer sheet. File RTI application to the PIO concerned and get the copy of answer sheet. The Supreme Court of India rules that answer scripts shall be furnished when sought for under RTI Act.
