I have constructed a house 6 years back in my village on joint property, like the house site is not yet divided between me and my bother,
i have the electricity service connection on my name and also the tax bills for that house,
the house is constructed on 1st half of the site, remaining half of the site is empty, so am asking my brother to construct his house on the other half of the site, but he refusing my request and 1.5 years back my brother tried to enter into the house,so at that time we locked the house and staying in another rented house,
now we heard some roomers like, my brother is planning to enter into the pending house by break those locks.
is it possible to stop his entry? if yes how can i proceed ? can i proceed to court or police station?

You have initiated many threads.
Before acting on your own it shall be better to consult an able counsel with copies of all docs on record and give inputs and proceed under expert advise of your counsel.

Try to have amicable solution, legal path would be time and cost consuming. If it is not possible, show all documents to local lawyer and proceed as per his advice.

This query as well as other queries raised by you during this week suggests that you are having running battle with your brother and you are taking undue advantage of this forum by posting different queries with selected, and apparently distorted, facts.
