I asked for information in form of certified copy of original Document but they are saying that original documents are not available with them and they have xerox copy of the document requested by me which they bound to have original document with them.
i had asked for inspection of document and thereafter certified copy if needed but they are without giving me the inspection saying that they can giving me certifiedcopy of xerox towhich I am not ready because According to my information Xerox of document can not be Certified.
First appeal officer is saying this.
Is it right or not that Xerox of document can not be certify and if yes then under which section of law
