RTI Reply--Can I get by HAND or BY REGD. POST ???

PIO send RTI reply by ordinary post.

Our post man is very easy to be manipulated.

So I wanna get RTI replies either by HAND or by REGD. POST only, I am ready to pay extra money also ,

Is it possible,if yes, how???

What steps should I take????

Now the RTI is getting amended to that effect. Fees will be increased to meet the RPAD expenses.

As the law stands to- day , you can mention in the RTI application itself, the mode you desire to receive the reply and state your consent to foot the bill once intimated .
