Respected learned Mr. Dhingra,
As an expert you have every right to answer or not answer a query, but your comments seem to be something more than what is required.
In fact, law cannot be detached from logic; and also it may not be proper for legal professionals to ignore academic issues which influence the entire justice delivery system. It might very well be seen that one of the main reasons of injustice is closely related to wrong understanding, and this can only be cured with coming closer to academics.

Dear Professor,
You would perhaps like to appreciate that any legal opinion is with particular reference to some problem, as interpretations can be varied and misdirected if not made with particular reference to the specific problem. So, your academic query was not justified. Better state specific problem with reference to which you desired opinion from experts. Moreover, that should also be on the original page of the query, not independent of that, as you have posted separately here.
