s.27 of law of evidence

in my case there is written panchnama u/sec. 27 of evidence alongwith video shooting. what should be my stand?

1. The material object is created by police
2. The panchanamma is prepared under influence of police
3. The video has been shot by set up by threatening of accused.
4. The accused is already in police custody and the panchanamma and other things were fabricated for corroboration purposes
5. The witnesses in panchanama are stock witnesses
6. Seizing of material not immediately sent to court as per form 95.
so it is not recovered as per confession as and when,time and mode of recovery.

but practical things may differ at the time of marking.
