S.482 of cr.p.c.

Dear experts,
I am not able to understand the S.482 of Criminal Procedure Code which is named as "Inherent Powers of High Court". The wordings of Ratanlal & Dhirajlal is quite confusing.
Can anyone of u pls explain what is contained in that section?

Since you mentioned Ratanlal and Dhirajlal I assume that you are a student.....

If you are then i would suggest you to take this question to the forum for discussion and not in the expert section....

And if you have a case then please provide us with the scenario where you need this section... You sure will be helped.....

Anything which is not covered under CrPC is covered under this section, it basically means that the HC has the powers to intervene in any matter of any subordinate court.
