Decree got in favour of Plaintiff, and recovered money through salary attachment 24 months over still balance amount is there, Defendant have no movable or Immovable properties only have job. now Defendant going to be retired as superannuation, my query is now plaintiff can again attach the salary Benefits if yes please give Details which Benefits can attach by the plaintiff, waiting for Experts Opinion

Please mention whether the Defendant is in private employment or government service.

SC have said that Salary can not be attached as declaring it a fundamental right. But this time I have no citation I will try later.
