i purchased one land some plots from one person. it registered in 2011, but now the problem is that person has two sons and one daughter at the time of registration two sons put the signatures but his daughter didnot put the singn. now she send legal notice her father promised to give share in that property and she didn't know the sale of that land and she have the right according to Indian succession act section 29a AP amendment1986 on that property. so cancell the sale deed. now what iam doing is that sale deed canceled what is the procedure

is the seller willing to refund your money . if so parties can execute Deed of Cancellation .

The daughter of the seller can get the sale deed cancelled just up to her share but definitely the sale deed in that event shall stand cancelled. It is better to let her go to court.
