Secret divoce or Ex party

Could you please explain me what is Secret divorce/Ex party? and also explain what are the documents need to be produced, als please explain in detail about the process carried on this

Secret divorce! I believe no such creature as secret divorce exists in law. Insofar as ex-parte proceedings are concerned, it means that the Court will proceed with the case in the absence of the defendant party, provided that notice/summons on the proceedings were duly served upon the defendant but the defendant failed to appear before the Court. Even in case of ex-parte proceedings though, relief is not a matter of automatic right and the case of the Plaintiff has to stand on its own feet, irrespective of the defense.
PS: One word of advice, steer clear of unscrupulous elements promising anything like a 'secret divorce' or arranging an ex-parte divorce. It would only harm you in the long run.

I agreed above,there is no word in law as secrete divorce,Ex parte divorce also hamful.
