Section 463 464 of indian penal code forgery

Please tell me whether telecast of a Programme on television in which false documents are presented which are forged and defamatory amounts to offence under forgery under section 463, 464 of IPC? and the person is not author of the same document still he can be liable under IPC for commiting forgery?
pls give me any hitting judgement on this issue.

forgery has to be proved by opinion of hand writing expert
