kindly go through drafting and pleadings, in that you can get the proforma.
and for every suit all the headings are same only facts will remain different.
1. Court Name, 2/ number of the suit, 3.cause title 4. Description of the parties. 5. Facts of the case. 6. JUrisdiction 7.Court Fess Caluse 8Limitatin 9 Cause of Action and prayer , Verification of the plaint averments followed by the list of document and witnesess.
