Can senior citizen tribunal order son to return money father paid to builder to buy property in name of his son 9 year ago but father now claiming money from senior citizen court.

If there was no condition set while giving this money then the father cannot claim it back, besides this is barred by limitation

Do SDO under senior citizen tribunal have authority to give judgement to return money if father is trying to proof that property was agreed to taken on father and son name but later after 8 year he discovered that it's on son name only in index 2 that he find after 8 years.

It is barred by limitation, if the SDO is passing any order in this regard, it can be challenged in the appeal or by a writ petition before high court.

Appeal we need to file with DM or Applleat Authority . Can writ petition be filed after decision came for appeal or any time limit to file writ petition with high court.
