My friend is working in Govt. PSU, Rajkot. i need a senior council advocate for looking service matter in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The company have been issued show-cause notice to them.

Your friend may be advised to reply to the SCN. Rushing to the Court may not be any help.

Generally in PSU there exist trade union. Take help of them and reply the notice.

No use of filing any court case without exhausting departmental channels of appeal to the appellate authority that too after departmental inquiry conducted after observing prescribed due process of the PSU.

Better, your defend should first try to defend his case through a defence assistant during departmental inquiry, if and when conducted.
