Sir/Madam,
During 2003,I executed a settlement deed in favour of a pastor giving a certain property of mine in the name of a charitable institution of which he is the president. He took possession of the property and later i understood that he defrauded me and did not allow me to enter the premises and utilized for his own family. Actually there were conditions in the deed that the property will be utilized only for church and charitable purposes. I filed a suit for recovery. but dismissed. Now i have moved an appeal. please help.

As far as the query is concerned, it is not clear whether the deed is registered or not, further, it is not possible to post advise on the revocation without going through the deed and also it is not possible to understand on the grounds on which the suit was dismissed. Please furnish details to advise.

If there is a clear recital in the deed and a condition that the income is to be utilised for charitable purposes, then you have a chance to get the deed canceled. I am unable to understand that how the suit is dismissed. The details are lacking.
Conditional gift or settlements, can be revoked if the conditions are not fulfilled
Hence go through that angle
