Hello

Can any one advice me on how to get my share of a property which is through a deed of will as one of my sister is unwilling to come and sign in the respective registration.. She is saying if i want to sell the property she can only sign it at her place of residence but not at property's location.. She is dragging me / suffering me for the past 4 months.. Im not asking her share but this property needs to be sold as a whole.
Hi
But as she is very reluctant due to various reasons known to her only, she is not willing to turn up. At the same time she is not against to me or about selling the property. Kind of negligence from her side. We both got right about this property is through registered deed of will of our grand father. Her father is having financial troubles and thats why we want to sell the property.

Thanks
Pramod

The Power of attorney could be executed at her place of residence it self.

It appears she does not wish to sell the property. In such case you have no option except to file a suit for partition and your property is determined, you can sell your property.
