please provide step wise details for starting sole propership firm. and details form, fees, and gurgaon registrar office

all you need is to apply for registration under UP Vat for VAT regn. and CST. Then take a license from Gurgoan municiplaity for the premises. That is suuficient. You further require a PAN from Income Tax department.

You will get better reply if state the purpose of the proprietorship you want to start, whether sale of goods or service.

apart from that you need to take permission from the shops and establishment commissioner to get your concern registered under the said act of Haryana.You need to go for Haryana VAT registeration.
