Hi,
This is manoj, I live in a cooperative society and being a member of the society i asked the MC for showing me the expenditure bills and i had been told that i will get those bills after audit and the chairman also lodge the false NC against me.
Now my problem is
1. What is the procedure for getting the bills from MC and if not given than what action can be taken by me?
2. What further action i can take against the chairman?

Make a complaint before Registrar giving the entire facts on affidavit and demand strict action against the MC of your society failing which file writ against such registrar before high court.

Ask in writing specially mentioning oral request turned in revenge of lodging false N.C, against you and in case no heed is paid
lodge complaint to registrar/dpty registrar in charge .Last resort is writ.
