Solvent surety

Wht can a complainant do if the accused has used a fake surety to come out on bail?

Accused arrested in Mumbai sec376 but hails from Delhi. Couldn't manage to get surety for months and then an unknown old illiterate villager from a remote village in Maharashtra gives him surety. It has been accepted by magistrate. Wht to do?
