Special court marriage process

(Querist) 16 July 2016 This query is : Resolved 
Hi, my age is 28 Christian, and My fiance he is 34 yrs old Hindu. we want to do Court Marriage, and as i have read the guidelines, our marriage will come under as a special Marriage. Can you please suggest what is the complete Process for Special Court marriage for both of us.

Go to marriage registrar office .

Hi... He is divorced also before 3 yrs back.. so is there any different process?

Whether divorced through court?

If yes, no separate process. Marriage would take place under special Marriage Act.
