during last court date i came to know that due to the fast court procedure of family court now the matter is final order stage and i could not submit my affidavit and other evidences and arguments as i am presenting my case in person in family court due to the irresponsible behaviour of my previous advocates.
so, now at this stage what are options for me to submit the affidavit of me and my witnesses and arguments?

The court would have given dates for filing affidavits of evidence to both the parties. Has the opposite party filed her / his affidavit of evidence and supplied copy thereof to u? Pl check the past proceedings. If u dont have them check the position with the court Registry or apply for certified copy to the court docket form where u will know the dates. Or may file ur affidavit of evidences and seek condonation of delay in filing them.

Since your side evidence is not yet closed, you have still chance to give your evidence in the form of affidavit along with documentary evidences you rely upon.Therefore please prepare the affidavit before the next date of hearing and produce it before the court and also be prepared for the subsequent cross examination by the opposite party.

@Asmita,
The Court procedure has to be followed to get desired results/proceed in proper manner which cannot be taught to you as you desired..
Since you are attending the proceeding yourself (in-person) and not through an advocate, which may be due to some reasons, you are self responsible for the consequence.
Do not spoil your case by proceeding yourself. Although it is your personal decision yet it is advised to engage "some" other prudent local lawyer for your own interest and benefit, all are not sailing in the same boat, mind it.
