The stage of the case is that the defendant's evidence is now closed and the case is at the argument stage. The Plaintiff is asking Specific Relief and he has produced only a photocopy of supposedly AGS which the Defendant has always contended was a forgery. The Defendant during his cross examination was never asked about the AGS. Does silence on part of plaintiff have any bearing on the arguments regarding the AGS.

where is original document? has he led secondary evidence as to how original was misplaced and as to whether photcopy was taken in his presence .
the plaintiff ought to have in cross of Defendant asked questions about said document .
if defendant has staed document is forgery burden of proof is on plaintiff to prove the said document
